The line 4 runs on rubber tyres.
On 13 January 2022 the extension south to Bagneux-Lucie Aubrac has been completed.
In preparation for the automation of the line, platform barrier doors have been installed on the line. The work has been completed and the first day of driverless services was 16 December 2023.
